Our turkeys are fantastic quality and packed with flavour. We offer both barn reared and free range turkeys, traditional white or bronze.
All our oven ready turkeys come with giblets for your gravy.

We also offer a range of turkey alternatives for any occasion including geese (only available by pre-order).

If you want plenty of leftovers for sandwiches and curry, we recommend buying a turkey up to a kilogram larger than that suggested by British Turkey.
What is the difference between bronze and white turkeys?
​
When you think of a typical turkey, it will most likely be a traditional tasty white bird.
​
A bronze turkey offers another option for any occasion. The bronze turkeys are said to have a slightly 'gamier' flavour than the white birds.
​
Whichever you favour, just make sure you get your turkey from Stanacre Poultry!

How do I cook my turkey?

There is a lot of conflicting advice about how to cook a turkey. On top of that, there are tonnes of delicious recipes by everyone and anyone floating around on the internet.
​
We don't recommend any particular way of cooking your turkey, it's up to you! However there is a handy cooking calculator on the British Turkey website.
